Dear students,

I have created this Guide to help students gain free access to scientific articles that are not available without a subscription.

By following the instructions below you will have more articles at your disposal where you can use them either to enrich your knowledge or to implement various tasks/projects.

Installing Cisco AnyConnect VPN Application

1. Open the link
   https://vpn.cut.ac.cy/
2. Select "CUT Students" from the "Group" variable
3. Enter the Username and Password

   

4. Click "Continue"

   

5. Click on "Download for Windows"

   

6. Click "Open" or "Save as" (then open the file).

To install Cisco AnyConnect:

1. Click "Next"

   

2. Select "I accept the terms in the License Agreement" and then "Next"

   

3. Click "Install"

   

4. Note: If you are asked to install the program, accept by clicking "Yes".
5. Click "Finish"

   

Use Cisco AnyConnect VPN application

1. Open the "Cisco AnyConnect" program from the start menu (Windows OS)
2. Write the link or Copy-Paste: vpn.cut.ac.cy

   

3. Enter your information:
   • Group - >> CUT Students
   • Username & Password

     

4. Click "Accept"

   

5. When the "Cisco AnyConnect" window appears in this format, i.e., showing the time, ✓ and "Disconnect" means that you are logged in.

   

Disconnect from VPN

To disconnect, you must click on the "Disconnect" option where the program window will finally appear in the form below.
